So I made it my goal. I broke my arm four years ago which made this journey harder. My left arm was significantly weaker throughout the whole process. But through strengthening work and perseverance I got there. Here is what this taught me ๐ ๐ญ. ๐ฆ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ถ๐บ๐ผ๐๐. Not every session is going to go how you planned.
