𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝘆 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝘂𝗽 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿. Three years ago I attempted my first muscle up and genuinely thought there was no chance. So I made it my goal. I broke my arm four years ago which made this journey harder. My left arm was significantly weaker throughout the whole process. But through strengthening work and perseverance I got there. Here is what this taught me 👇 𝟭. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗼𝘂𝘀. Not every session is going to go how you planned. Learning to stay calm, balanced and composed even when things are not going your way is a skill in itself. 𝟮. 𝗔 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴. Without one you are just hoping. With one you are building towards something real. 𝟯. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲. Commit fully and the results will follow. This is your sign.
