One thing I learned after being a therapist for 12 years was that our habits bring their relatives. Since I started on the peptide journey and taking care of my body, I’ve just wanted to be better. Recently, I started to implement a rule that if it doesn’t need to be refrigerated, I don’t want it. This helps me know what to feed my body. Since I’ve started doing that my inflammation has gone down, my digestion is better and I overall just live better. Better choices, better thoughts and better feelings. So my lesson here is that it just takes one healthy habit to bring other healthy ones. XOXO. ##peptide##wellness
