Located in Texas zone 8b.. This was my last pepper harvest before the frost this week. That’s 6-7 different types of peppers that i will be turning into pepper relish to preserve since i already have some slice and diced in the freezer plus pickled in the fridge. I think that’s about a 5 gallon bucket! Normally I separate them before taking pics but I just didn’t have time. Now I can focus on my fall/winter plants as I prep for my Spring Garden!
