Breed for rideability and trainability as well as for sport.... 21yo Virtuoso Deadly Sin (2nd gen) has been ridden out once or twice in the last ten years and was having fun in the field earlier. Tacked her up and 6yo Reuben who can't ride took her for a hack under the 'supervision' of 4yo Virtuoso Doletta (Dolly. 3rd Gen) who is Deadly's daughter. Dolly was so laid back she was almost horizontal 'leading' Deadly (who forgot she was 21 and was marching up the hill). Not many 4yos you could use as a lead horse. Not many horses you can stick a child on to hack out at walk after not being ridden for years either. And the 4th generation 5month old Virtuoso High Jinks aka Heidi by Mosito van het Hellehof happily waited at home for her mum.
