William Lee Perswain, a high-risk sex offender, has relocated from Winnipeg, Manitoba, and is now living in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Perswain has an extensive criminal history involving violent sexual offences against women and girls, aggravated assault and indecent acts against minors. Authorities consider him at high risk of reoffending. He is prohibited from attending places where children under 16 are present, including parks, swimming areas, daycares, schoolyards, playgrounds and community centres. He is also banned from employment or volunteer work involving a position of trust over minors. Perswain cannot contact anyone under 16 without approved supervision and is prohibited from purchasing, possessing or consuming alcohol.
