⚡️ Zig Zag Drop Aerial Silks Tutorial ⭐️⭐️ Improver/intermediate Requires: Single foot lock + inversions I love this drop, it’s pretty, it’s different and can be started lower to the ground! Perfect for building up confidence with your drops 😊 Top tip: When twisting into your final zig zag shape, make sure you grab the OPPOSITE silk to the one your foot lock is on! For example I preform this sequence on my right foot, so after the drop I grab the left pole to twist out into my zig zag.
