Workouts only take me 45 min to an hr (strength training) and then I’ll walk on the treadmill for an hr to hit my 15k steps. 2hrs max in the gym but the biggest thing that I feel like has helped my journey, the most has been intentionally consistent with hitting my steps. There is no secret formula to living and actively style.
