𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗧 𝗨𝗚 𝗜𝗚𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗚𝗔 𝗕𝗘𝗥-𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗛𝗦 𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗚 𝗠𝗔𝗣𝗔𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗧 𝗦𝗔 𝗖𝗘𝗕𝗨 WATCH: A warmer start for the “bermonths” is set to welcome Cebuanos, as the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAG-ASA) observed a generally fair weather condition in the province. Engineer Jhomer Eclarino, Chief of the Forecasting Section, Visayas PAG-ASA, advised the public to take precautionary efforts as the forecast for this week and the first week of September shows a possible 40-degree Celsius heat index. Despite warmer weather conditions, Eclarino said that localized rains and thunderstorms may still happen, especially during the late afternoon. Eclarino also said there are currently no monitored typhoons or low-pressure areas affecting the region. Typhoon Obet has already exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
