Upgrade your basic flatbread with this grinder salad flatbread is is so good! 1 refrigerated pizza crust 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1/2 cup mayo 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1/3 cup sliced pepperoncini 1/2 cup diced tomatoes 1/2 cup sliced red onion 1 head iceberg lettuce shredded sandwich oil deli meat of choice Sliced cheese of choice 2 clove crushed garlic Top flat bread with sandwich oil deli meats and cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 475°. To make the grinder salad combine lettuce, tomato, onion, Pepperoncini, seasoning, Apple cider vinegar, and mayo. Mix well. Cut pizza.
