Training darts with cross-dominance can be a completely different challenge in some ways. Even something as simple as practicing T20 scoring or chasing a 180 starts long before the dart leaves your hand. First, you need to be able to send the dart along the correct line. ❗️And that's often where cross-dominance becomes a challenge. In my case (right hand, left eye), misalignment typically shows up as darts drifting to the left of the target. Why? Because we use our dominant eye for precise aiming. If the dart, the eye, and the target are not properly aligned, the brain receives inaccurate information about where the dart is positioned relative to the target. And sometimes just a few millimeters are enough. The result? Instead of finding T20, the darts start moving towards T5. 😅 That's why this video isn't just about the difference between T5 and T20. It's about the difference between: ❌ Poor alignment between the dominant eye and the throwing line ✅ Proper alignment And sometimes the difference is surprisingly small. ✍️ Do you know which eye is your dominant eye? ✍️ And if you do, have you ever noticed your darts consistently drifting in the same direction on a bad day? #PDCDarts #Darts #DartsPractice
