To be honest, I added this morning workout to my routine less than 3 weeks ago. But the past couple of days, it has been the best part of my day. I get to move my body, read a book while I walk, drink an Alani, and do something that is purely good for me. It has been a step away from the stress of it all. So even though I’m not an athlete, I’m not training for a half marathon or anything, I’m still really happy I do these workouts.
