This program took me from someone without any previous running experience to crossing the finish line for my first half marathon! Perhaps what I was most excited about was being able to not only run farther than I ever had before, but also set big PRs in my squat! While they are not elite numbers, it's always great to beat yourself and improve. If you are up for the challenge of hybrid training I invite you to give this program a go.
