This is where people get it wrong. Toxic patterns don’t always look obvious. Sometimes they’re masked as ADHD. 👉 Love bombing → withdrawal 👉 Blame shifting 👉 Silent treatment …and suddenly it’s explained away as: “they’re overwhelmed” “they’re distracted” “they’re having a crash” But look closer… ⚠️ Hot and cold behaviour keeps you hooked ⚠️ You start living for the “good moments” ⚠️ You begin to question yourself ⚠️ Accountability never happens That’s not ADHD. That’s a pattern that keeps you in a loop. And the hardest truth? You adapt. You justify it.
