There's a difference between suffering that's unavoidable and suffering you've decided is just part of the deal. The "I'm so busy" life. Wearing your exhaustion like proof of how hard you're working. Pushing your health to the bottom of the list because everything else is more urgent. Telling yourself you'll start when things slow down, knowing things never slow down. That's suffering that's been rebranded as dedication. Asking for help isn't giving up. Removing friction from your life isn't laziness. You cannot keep running on empty and expect the output to stay good. At some point, the body collects. We're not built to do this alone. The women who see the most transformation in this community are the ones who stop white-knuckling it, let the right support in, and start building something that actually works with their life instead of fighting against it. You don't have to earn help by suffering enough first.
