The average martial arts instructor doesn’t plan their classes. They may walk onto the mat with an idea of what they want to cover and work on that day. Sounds fine, right? The problem that comes with this? Class may not go as smoothly as you think it will. Students may need more instruction on a particular technique, drill may not flow, etc. You make sure to plan out every class, every technique covered, every drill, and even every game! Have a structure that not only you but other instructors and assistant instructors can use. This allows you flexibility in time and flow, ability to switch up things if necessary, and provide a high quality service that your students and parents deserve. We charge a high price, we give them a higher value of quality and service. A mentor of mine once told me “over promise over deliver” @rise4more365 Professionals plan on their off time and professional martial arts instructors plan their classes. #martialarts #karate #karateinstructor #professional
