'Step in the right direction' - Changes coming to interprovincial alcohol sales. Canada's premiers were busy in late July meeting in Charlottetown. On the long list of things to discuss was the removal of major barriers on interprovincial sales of alcohol. The move is giving the industry cautious optimism.
