Sometimes you delegate a task and get back something completely unexpected. I asked my ecom specialist to film today’s buyer meeting. She said she never shoots video for content, she thinks photos look nicer. So I got 7 photos back, and every single one looks like the meeting happened inside a room full of haze. Running a small team means a lot of “wait, that’s not what I meant” moments. But also a lot of laughing about it after. I actually quite like the photos. P.S. we were actually deep in planning our Holiday Collection during that hazy meeting more on that soon. Anyone else’s team hear one thing and do completely another? #TheOliveTree #FounderLife #SmallTeamProblems #hongmeiceomom #buildinpublic @The Olive Tree
