Sometimes, making a difference doesn’t mean starting from scratch. By respecting existing codes and working with the original mass, it’s possible to modernize a home’s façade and give it a fresh, contemporary identity. In this case, we optimized the layout with a semi-covered parking area, allowing dry and comfortable access to the house on rainy days. The roof was redesigned with a parapet that visually conceals the solar panels from lateral views, while privacy panels were added to the bedroom window facing the street , along with other thoughtful details that enhance both function and design. #fyppppppppppppppppppppppp #jamaica #architecture
