Sometimes I forget how far I’ve come. Sometimes I look at those pictures and videos and can’t believe that was me and what I went through. It seems like some nightmare/dream that didn’t actually happen and then other days it feels very real. If you’re going through cancer I hope I can give you hope that you will get your life back. It may look different but it’s more beautiful than before. You have a new life perspective and you take nothing for granted. Hang in there.
