This is the workout: 👉 warm up: step on and off the sofa (1 min. on, 30 sec. march on the spot, 2-3 rounds) 👉 strength: 1. Triceps push-ups: 12 repetitions, 30 sec rest, 2-3 rounds 2. Hip thrusts: 12 repetitions, 30 sec rest, 2-3 rounds 3.
