random tutorial that no one asked for 😂 steps: 1) get Ur layer ready with some lazy shadings ok. 2) duplicate layer and use manga background filter 3) again duplicate the first layer and add retro game filter 4) Again again duplicate first filter and add anime background filter 5) clip all three layers to the first and set all to multiply 6)adjust the opacity of all layers till U like it and done idk but I like the way it gets grainy and forms random outlines.
