Proof that when you take yourself seriously… everything changes. I started this year at 170 lbs — Finally decided to take my fitness and nutrition more seriously. From March to October, I committed: cut out alcohol, cleaned up my eating, and focused on actually working out… not just moving my body, but breaking a sweat. And it worked — I dropped to 138 lbs. Then I plateaued. So I checked in with myself again. Tightened my nutrition, cut out processed carbs + sugar, and doubled down on consistency. Now it’s December 1st, with a full month still left in the year, and I’m sitting at 127 lbs. But here’s the truth: the number isn’t what matters. It’s different for everyone. What matters is how you feel — the confidence, the discipline, the comfort in your own skin, the peace that comes from keeping promises to yourself. And honestly?
