Pasta Bolognese- a delicious classic everyone needs to know how to make Ingredients: 1 lbs @schweidandsons The Signature Blend Ground Beef 1 onion 1 celery stick 2 carrots 4 garlic cloves 2 slices pancetta (Guanciale and bacon work too) 2 tbs tomato paste 1 cup red wine 2 cups ground peeled tomatoes 1 bay leaf 2-3 thyme sprigs 1 tsp salt or to taste Black pepper 1/8 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup milk 12 oz tube like pasta, cooked in salted water 1/4 cup pasta water Parmigiano Reggiano, for serving Parsley, for garnish Method: 1. Sauté pancetta until fat is rendered and set it aside; 2. Finely chop onion, carrots and celery and saute in olive oil and pancetta fat until softened; season with salt and pepper; add in chopped garlic and tomato paste; 3. Cook and crumble beef and then add in your wine and ground tomatoes; add pancetta back into the pan along with aromatics; stir and add milk; simmer until desired thickness; 4.
