🤗❤️ Open me, & know the difference in your reverse hack squats. Your positioning makes a huge difference on this machine. Facing out and the ramp up is more quad focused. Facing in, but you’re leaning forward is a lot more glute focused. Facing in, but your back is straighter you’re going to feel it more on your quads. Try 12-15 reps & 3-4 sets.
