My Weekly Workout Split 🦾 This split has allowed me to increase strength, size, burn fat, & most importantly keep me from burning myself out 🏆 I’ll go heavy on majority of exercises each session for each body part & usually one session does me well ✅ Contrary to what people say, full body workouts allow me to get extra reps, higher intensity compared to weight training, & I’m able to target specific areas I feel like I was lacking in during the week 💰 Combine the 2 & you’ll achieve your peak physique.
