mostly for @Quinton wondering if there is anything functionally different between this and the Quinton extension, apart from resistance profile being ascending. feel like more supination would be merited, like holding a vertical support. I've always done something similar for quads - a Terminal Knee Extension, which is often helpful if my knees are cranky, though recently I've just done isometric or top hold leg extensions with slow eccentrics. elbows were a little cranky on bench warmups and this felt like the thing to do (it worked). realized it seemed a lot like something I'd seen before...
