𝐀𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐤𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞! 🐾💕 💜Meet the most sweet and cuddly cat: Whoopsie Daisy aka Daisy DUCK may not quack but she might walk a bit like a duck. 🦆 She certainly dishes out sweetness with every move she makes – even her little Whoopsie’s (when she wobbles too fast and stumbles)! 🥹 ❤️‍🩹 We can only suspect what happened to her – maybe a fall from height or accident – resulting in a (apparently stabilized) spinal injury. While boarded with us we try to assist in her rehoming effort to a loving, understanding and committed home. 🌟 We would NOT consider Daisy a 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝘁 but a 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝘁. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐲 𝐂𝐀𝐍 💪 𝐝𝐨: •⁠ ⁠Daisy CAN purr up a storm •⁠ ⁠Daisy CAN give the best cuddles and playful nibbles •⁠ ⁠Daisy CAN love unconditionally •⁠ ⁠Daisy CAN use the litter box to toilet (both #1 and #2) •⁠ ⁠Daisy CAN move her tail without issues and will happily greet you tail in air •⁠ ⁠Daisy CAN walk and run around like the cutest ducky or chase toys (albeit a bit clumsy) •⁠ ⁠Daisy CAN flop on her back for the most fun play session 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐬😍 : •⁠ ⁠Daisy will need a home where she can waddle about safely and take breaks (probably no other young VERY rambunctious cats, small children or dogs) •⁠ ⁠Daisy needs patience to avoid what we call her “pee triggers”: when Daisy is carried or wiped vigorously, she may eliminate urine (a bit like when you stimulate a kitten). •⁠ ⁠Daisy will need a home without stairs or maybe some accessibility ramps 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 🌠: •⁠ ⁠Provide endless patience and love •⁠ ⁠Encourage and continue her rehab journey to help her regain confidence and mobility •⁠ ⁠Occasionally help her clean her rear •⁠ ⁠Potentially explore further rehab options such as acupuncture 🌅We don’t know what her medical future holds but she deserves a 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲 and she would repay her adopters with endless love in return.
