Kyphosis: Simple Home Exercises 💪 Hey everyone! Let's dive into a topic that is often overlooked but so important - Kyphosis! This is a curvature of the spine that causes the mid back to appear more rounded than normal. Kyphosis can happen to anyone regardless of age or gender. Do you know what the best part is? It's manageable and can be improved with exercises and posture management! 👌🏽 Here are two of my favourite movements: 🔹 Seated Back Extension Stretch: This one's a gem. You can do it right on your couch! 1️⃣ Sit at the edge 2️⃣ Lift your arms and extend your spine and arch your back, looking upwards. 3️⃣ Hold it for 30 seconds. Do 1 -2 Sets 🔄. 🔹 Prone T - Y: This exercise strengthens the muscles that pull your shoulders back, helping to reduce the hunch. Lie on your stomach with your arms to the side, making a “T” shape. extend your arms into a "Y" shape and slowly lift them off the ground.
