I’ve got a simple request of introverts. 🙏 Please avoid over-committing yourself to more events and gatherings than you can handle. We extroverts would much rather hear “No, sorry I can’t make it” upon inviting you, as opposed to you bailing on plans at the last minute because your energy bottomed out.
