I’ve changed my mind. “𝐀𝐈 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐣𝐨𝐛𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲.” 🤖 Here’s the reality: AI is a tool 🛠️, not a sentient being. When amateurs use it, they aren’t aware of the “unknown unknowns” and will make all sorts of mistakes (i.e. relying on it for factual information). However, when professionals ignore it, they will be neglecting one of the most useful tools to have appeared in recent years. Here I interview Rita Tsai and Cherri Cheng, and they share what they learned from each session of Taipei’s most recent Annual Translation conference. I found this to be super interesting and useful, and I’ve been experimenting with everything we’ve been covering. 🆓 One more thing to mention: Everything we cover in this video can be accomplished for free. I felt that is important for many people, who may wish to experiment with AI but don’t want to pay for it yet.
