IRCC has released its latest processing time update, with shorter wait times for several permanent residence and citizenship applications. However, a few categories have experienced slight increases. 🔹 Key Highlights ✅ Canadian Experience Class (CEC) processing time decreased from 7 months to 6 months. ✅ Base Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) applications improved from 13 months to 12 months, while Express Entry-aligned PNP applications increased from 6 months to 7 months. ✅ Parents and Grandparents Program (PGP) processing times dropped to 30 months outside Quebec and 65 months in Quebec. ✅ Citizenship grant applications now have an estimated processing time of 12 months, down from 13 months. ✅ Processing times for Quebec Business Class applications also improved slightly, while Atlantic Immigration Program processing times remained unchanged.
