How I’m cutting for summer YouTube video is live linked in bio ! 2 weeks into my cut and I’ve literally been my own client 😂 by the end of my bulk I felt so bloated and inflamed, like I was just done with it, and honestly the craziest part is I didn’t do anything extreme to fix it… I just went back to basics, hitting my 10k steps, focusing on more whole foods, more fiber, less eating out, and I feel so much better, my digestion is better, I feel lighter, my energy is still high, and I’m still eating a lot too, just being more intentional with it, and truthfully a lot of what people think is “fat gain” is just bloating and inflammation, so if you want help structuring this properly and actually seeing results, my 1:1 coaching application is linked in my bio
