HOLY GHOST : There is something devastating about what humanity does to children: genocide, trafficking, abuse, infanticide, and the destruction of innocence. As a child, I was not always protected as I should have been. As a man, I understand the lifelong effects of evil reaching a child before someone intervenes. HOLY GHOST was written from the grief of wrestling with that reality. When we witness suffering, our questions eventually reach God, not because we lack faith, but because we are desperate to understand. Sometimes all we can do is pray ; Lord, intervene with holy power. Stand between children and those who seek to harm them. Break the hands of abusers, expose every hidden crime, and bring every predator into the light. Let no act of cruelty remain concealed, forgotten, or unanswered. Bring swift and righteous justice upon those who destroy innocence. Strip away their power, shatter their protection, and hold them fully accountable for every wound they have inflicted. Let their evil return upon them through the consequences of their own actions, not through our hatred, but through Your perfect judgment. Defend the helpless. Strengthen those who protect them. Give survivors courage, healing, and a voice that cannot be silenced. Give us the courage to protect others as we once needed protection. May our actions inspire others until every person who harms children is exposed, stopped, and brought before justice, on earth and before Your final judgment. In Jesus Christ’s name, we pray.
