Hello everyone!!! From the last training session before Easter break comes this long forsaken lift… the Deadlift!!! It’s been a while since I the last time and with my back ache was left out from my training. It was a very discomfiting session because my legs were burning throughout and I couldn’t get in position. BUT…. I did it… I lifted for reps and that is progress!!! #strongman #weightlifting #strongmantraining #deadlift #motivation @CircusStrongmanExperience
