Grill Chicken Thighs https://linktr.ee/petrasamllc Ingredients: 1 pk (8g) Kroeung (rehydrated with 1/3 cup water) 1 lb deboned chicken thighs 2 tbsp ground chicken bouillon 2 tsp sugar 2 tsp fish sauce (1/2 tsp of salt to substitute for fish sauce if not available) 1 tsp oysters sauce 1 tsp cooking oil 1 tsp of paprika (optional - red coloring) Directions: 1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients with the rehydrated Kroeung. Taste your mixed ingredients. ***Note:Taste and add (in very small increments) additional salt, fish sauce or sugar if needed to your taste. Be careful not to over flavor your meat. 2. Add the chicken thighs, mix well. 3. Cover your chicken thighs or place it in a ziplock bag. 4. Place it in the fridge for 20 minutes or longer. 5. Air fried at 390*F for 15 minutes, then flip it. Air fried for another 15 minutes. ***Note: thighs can be grilled or baked. 6. Serve with rice, cucumbers, tomatoes or steamed vegetables paired with Asian dipping sauce.
