🚧 From unsafe structure… to fully permitted and code-approved. This project started with the complete demolition of a sunroom / four-season room that had been built on top of a deck — and it was not up to code. We had to: ✔️ Fully disconnect and remove the entire structure ✔️ Detach and replace the roofing (it was already outdated and failing) ✔️ Repair and restore the damaged siding ✔️ Rebuild and reinforce the structural framing properly ✔️ Construct a brand-new deck Everything was completed with permits, passed all inspections, and is now 100% up to code. The result: 🔥 A solid, safe, beautifully finished deck built to last for years.
