Fit Model prep loading… ⏳ Current split: arms/back once a week, legs three times. Tricep needs to chill TF out lol. Since the Fit Model division calls for a softer, less muscular look, it actually feels so good dialing things back, just four gym days a week instead of the higher volume needed for bikini. A little less intense and a lot more balance🌀
