First Time, Big Impression 💫 Today was my very first session working with Tessa — an outstanding U15 athlete who is usually in the great hands of Coach Pavel. Due to some schedule overlap, I asked if she would be open to training with me and Kyle… and I’m so glad she said yes. From the very first rep, what stood out wasn’t just her physical ability — it was her coachability and her energy. The way she listens, processes, and applies feedback right away is something truly special. That’s a rare quality, and it speaks volumes about the kind of athlete and person she is becoming. We spent time working on blocking fundamentals and added some transition elements — and it was incredible to see how quickly she adapted and embraced the challenge.
