First things first: Even though this absolutely looks like chocolate melting on a stove, it is, in fact sealing wax 💌 When I have leftover brown wax, I press it with our Chocolate Bar stamp, for extra fun the next time I melt it. But that “fun” can be very deceptive to those watching 😅 Second things second: I found this tiny cast iron stove in an antique shop, but I think they sell replicas on Amazon. I've also seen them now and again on eBay. I've had a couple people tell me they were salesman samples, to show a miniature version of the actual stove they were selling. But I've since found them in the toy section of a vintage Spiegel catalog. So I'm not sure 🤔? What I am sure of: I'm glad I bought this one, it's perfect for melting wax 😍!! Now let’s talk about this stamp. I love thistles anyway, but this one reminds me SO much of the thistle motifs in antique seals!! So vintage-y 🤩!!
