🌸 𝗠𝗘𝗘𝗧 𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗛𝗟𝗘 𝗗𝗟𝗔𝗗𝗟𝗔 | 𝗪𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗡 𝗜𝗡 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗠 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣 Born and raised in KwaZulu-Natal, Amahle Dladla’s journey took her to Mpumalanga at a young age, where she eventually made Witbank her home. Today, she is building her future at the Durban University of Technology, where she is studying Construction Studies. 🏗️ As the GCI Representative at Winterton Residence, Amahle is also finding her voice as a student leader. But her leadership journey is not defined by a title. It is reflected in her willingness to speak up for others, listen and contribute to the community around her. “Leadership is about having the courage to stand up for others, listening with humility and making a difference, no matter how small.” 👷🏾‍♀️ As a woman in STEM, Amahle is pursuing a career in the built environment and becoming part of a generation of young women challenging perceptions about who belongs in technical and STEM-related fields. Her journey speaks to the importance of creating spaces where young women can learn, lead and see themselves as future professionals shaping the world around them.
