BISCOFF TIRAMISU 🤎 This is NOT your regular tiramisu… this is pure Biscoff heaven English recept down below 👇🏻 Ingrediënten: Lotus Biscoff koekjes + beetje melk Room: - 250 ml slagroom, - 250 g mascarpone, - 200 g roomkaas, - 200 g gecondenseerde melk, - 2 el poedersuiker, - 1 zakje klopfix Topping: Lotus Biscoff spread Bereiding: 1. Leg koekjes in de bakvorm en besprenkel licht met melk. 2. Klop slagroom met Klopfix tot zachte pieken. Voeg mascarpone, roomkaas, gecondenseerde melk en poedersuiker toe. Mix romig. 3. Verdeel over de koekjes, laat 4–6 uur opstijven. Verwarm Lotus spread en giet erover. Laat verder opstijven. 4. Optioneel: versier met extra koekjes of kruimels en aardbeien English recipe below 👇🏻 Ingredients: Lotus Biscoff cookies + a little milk Cream: - 250 ml whipping cream, - 250 g mascarpone, - 200 g cream cheese, - 200 g condensed milk, - 2 tbsp powdered sugar, - 1 sachet of whipped cream fix Topping: Lotus Biscoff spread Preparation: 1. Place cookies in the baking pan and lightly drizzle with milk. 2. Whip the whipped cream with whipped cream fix until soft peaks form. Add the mascarpone, cream cheese, condensed milk, and powdered sugar. Mix until creamy. 3. Spread over the cookies and let set for 4–6 hours. Warm the Lotus Biscoff spread and pour it over the cookies. Let it set further. 4. Optional: Garnish with extra cookies or crumble toppings and strawberries.
