🛏️ Before I learned about how to heal insomnia, my nights were a relentless cycle of frustration and exhaustion. I'd lay in bed, anxious thoughts racing through my mind... "What if I can't fall asleep again?" 🙀 "I'm afraid I'll be too tired to handle my responsibilities tomorrow." ⏰ "What if I lie awake all night, night after night?" 🥱 "I worry that I'll never experience restful sleep again." 😱 Each night, I'd toss and turn, desperately searching for answers online, only to plunge deeper into sleepless despair. I began to doubt my ability to conquer insomnia and regain the rest I so desperately needed. But then, everything changed. I discovered a revolutionary approach that transformed my relationship with sleep. 😴 With this newfound knowledge, I learned to embrace wakefulness and let go of my fears.
