Arrested on suspicion of non‑consensual indecency was a 29‑year‑old Pakistani national who says he works for a company and resides in Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture. At around 12:10 a.m. on the 20th, the man allegedly touched the woman’s body over her clothing and committed other indecent acts in the parking lot of the facility. According to police, the man did not know the woman. At the time of the incident, the woman was inside her car with the window open when the man approached her, spoke to her, and then reached his hand into the vehicle.
