𝗥𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗵𝗮𝗹𝘀 (𝗛𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘀) 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗟𝗬 𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗢𝗠𝗢𝗨𝗦 A highly venomous Rinkhals relocated from a chicken coop at a residence in Qongqota location, Eastern Cape. When the homeowner went to investigate the agitated unusually loud calls from the chicken, she saw a big snake entering the coop. The chicken were running around frantically trying to exit the coop. We searched the coop and eventually found the snake underneath a plastic container next to a hen and her eggs. The snake was still swallowing an egg when I got hold of it. The snake ate four eggs and regurgitated three of them after I captured it for relocation.
