Today, 3 October 2026, the Chairman of RCPR, Mr. Dil Mohammed, highlighted the serious challenges facing refugees in the camps, particularly the ongoing difficulties related to food assistance. He called on the World Food Programme to restore the food assistance to $12 per person, as it was previously provided, to help address the growing needs of the refugee community. He also raised concerns about the detention of Rohingya in Malaysian prisons and the continued arbitrary arrests and detention of Rohingya by the Myanmar Government without due process. Finally, Mr. Dil Mohammed called upon the leaders of Rohingya organizations, youths, activists, and respected diaspora leaders to stand together, work collectively, and put aside divisions for the future of our community. Only through unity, cooperation, and a shared vision, we can move forward and reach our destination of a safe, dignified, and sustainable future for the Rohingya people. #Arakan #Rohingya #Peace #Unity #Repatriation
