THE OVAL HAD ONE OF THE WORST SERIES FINALES I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE! Tyler Perry has GOT to stop doing this to us! You create these shows, build a loyal fan base, have us sitting through SEVEN SEASONS, and then the SERIES ends with us having more questions than answers! He did it with If Loving You Is Wrong, and I STILL hate Randall because of that show. 😂 He did it with The Haves and the Have Nots, and now he has done it AGAIN with The Oval! What was the POINT of building all of this up if you’re not going to tell us what happened?! Did Victoria actually take out her own son Jason? Is Hunter EVER going to be held responsible for everything he’s done? Does the world ever find out what the President and First Lady have been doing? Is Eli alive?! Because the last time we see that man, he’s on the ground struggling and looking like that poison may have finally caught up with him! And WHAT HAPPENED TO PRISCILLA, SIMONE AND ALLEN?! They were at Priscilla’s house, the house BLOWS UP, Sam rushes over there trying to find out if Priscilla is okay, and then… NOTHING?! Meanwhile, Nancy gets sent to the hospital with a hurt leg after a dangerous gang comes through shooting up the house, and somehow THAT is basically the extent of the injuries?! Where were the police?! Where was ANYBODY?! I AM LOST! 😂 This finale had everything set up for an explosive ending where we could FINALLY get answers and some closure after seven seasons, and instead I finished the SERIES knowing basically no more than I knew when Season 7 started! I don’t need every character to have a perfect happy ending, but BABY, CAN WE AT LEAST GET AN ENDING?! Seven years of watching this foolishness and THIS is how y’all send us home?!
