I’ll give one hint… operator… error. When you have a horse who doesn’t fit into the “norm” we often find people like to place blame on the horse itself. In reality if we as humans take a step back and reevaluate what and how we’re asking of our horses we can surely come to the conclusion that it’s NEVER the horses fault.
