This action, pushing your arms forward, internally rotating your shoulders - you can round your back or not (I am in this instance for the hip thrust) - will stabilize and strengthen your scapula. It’s a massive part of protecting your shoulder joint. An unstable scapula pushes your arms forward (rounded shoulders) and then struggles to keep your scapula in place when our traps take over. Which they do and they are very good at. I do this band exercise solo but had the thought to try it with the thrust and I LOVED it. If you try - lemme know! #hypermobileehlersdanlossyndrome #hypermobility #bootywork #shoulderpain #shoulderstrength
