According to the explanation, there is a distinction between 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗪𝗥𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗚 and 𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗪𝗥𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗚 — particularly when it comes to changing the colour reflected on your vehicle records. But this raises a much bigger question… 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗦 𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗪𝗥𝗔𝗣 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗩𝗘𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗟𝗘? What if it’s a company-branded vehicle? What if the wrap is temporary? What if the vehicle is wrapped in a different colour? And importantly… 𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘 𝗗𝗢𝗘𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗟𝗔𝗪 𝗗𝗥𝗔𝗪 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘? We’ve already received complaints from motorists who have been questioned about vehicle wraps and branding, so we think this is something that needs to be properly unpacked.
